How do I redeem my Dunstall Club Seat?

Head to Ticketek
Using the drop-down menu, select Club Members & Public Reserve
Enter your 12-digit barcode number and the barcode numbers for any other Dunstall Club members that you are booking for.
Select Unlock Tickets.
Select the level you would like to sit on (Level 1 or 4).
Select the drop down menu next to Upgrade: Dunstall Club and change the quantity to 1. If you are redeeming multiple barcodes, you will be required to make this selection under each barcode number.
If you would like to purchase additional guest tickets, please add these to your cart. Members can purchase up to 4 additional guest tickets per barcode. Please note, members will be charged a transaction fee when purchasing guest tickets.
Select next and go to checkout.

How do I redeem my Ponsford seat?

Head to Ticketek
Using the drop-down menu, select Club Members & Public Reserve
Enter your 12-digit barcode number and the barcode numbers for any other Ponsford members that you are booking for.
Select Unlock Tickets.
Select the drop down menu next to Upgrade: Ponsford and change the quantity to 1. If you are redeeming multiple barcodes, you will be required to make this selection under each barcode number.

Melbourne reserved seat members have guaranteed entry and are able to scan your digital or physical cards as normal.

Accessibility Entry Gate 3B

The MCG and Hawthorn FC will open a dedicated entry at Gate 3B (to the left of gate 3 opposite Club Hub) for patrons who require additional assistance to enter the stadium on Saturday. This trial will see the gate open from 2:30PMm to early in the first quarter for patrons with disability (including hidden disabilities), those with sensory needs, or simply those who require additional help and support to enter the ground comfortably.

Features of this gate will include:

Handheld ticket scanning.

No overhead announcements or flashing signs.

Additional support from trained MCG staff and security, including staff who can interpret Auslan and The Inclusion Project’s Inclusion Officers

Close proximity to the Sensory Friendly Space and Changing Places bathroom.

Staff will be able to assist patrons with the security entry process at the gate.
