Members who require wheelchair and accessible seating can contact now book these online via Ticketek.

1. Head to the game you are wishing to book for on Ticketek
2. Enter your member barcode (if applicable) and select 'Unlock Tickets' or 'Find Tickets' if not entering a barcode number.
3. In the top right of this page click the 'Accessible' tile
4. Filter by selecting the relevant accessible seating requirements
5. Select the applicable section you would like to sit in and proceed to check out.

The Ticketek Accessible Bookings team are available Monday – Saturday, 9AM – 5PM, and forms should be completed as early as possible and at least 24 hours prior to the event.

UTAS Stadium

Members who require wheelchair and accessible seating can contact Ticketmaster's Accessible Seating Hotline for UTAS Stadium on 1300 446 925 or you may email accessibletickets@ticketmaster.com.au.

This Accessible Bookings team for UTAS Stadium are available Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM, and forms should be completed as early as possible and at least 24 hours prior to the event.

MARVEL STADIUM
Members who require wheelchair and accessible seating can contact the Ticketmaster Marvel Stadium hotline on 1300 446 925.

Members can also email their Accessible Seating Request to accessibletickets@ticketmaster.com.au. Please ensure you include the Event Name, Venue, Date and Time along with your contact details.

The Ticketmaster Accessible Bookings team are available Monday to Sunday 9AM - 5PM.
