HOW TO ATTEND THE FOOTY USING YOUR DUNSTALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

A Dunstall Club membership is the perfect option for those who want flexible seating for home games and who love to sit amongst the Hawthorn family on a match day.

As a Dunstall Club member you have access to redeeming a $0 reserved seat on Level 1 or 4 for Hawthorn Home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium.
Plus, you receive access to discounted guest tickets.

There are 2 ways you can attend the footy as a Dunstall Club member :

  1. Pre book your reserved seat and guest tickets
  2. Walk up into our General Admission bays

MCG Home Games

  1. Head to Ticketek and login using your Ticketek account.
  2. Select 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership season and Find Tickets for the game you are purchasing for.
  3. Using the drop-down menu, select Club Members & Public Reserve
  4. Enter your 12-digit barcode number and the barcode numbers for any other Dunstall Club members that you are booking for.
  5. Select Unlock Tickets.
  6. Select the level you would like to sit on (Level 1 or 4).
  7. Select the drop down menu next to Upgrade: Dunstall Club and change the quantity to 1. If you are redeeming multiple barcodes, you will be required to make this selection under each barcode number.
  8. If you would like to purchase additional guest tickets, please add these to your cart. Members can purchase up to 4 additional guest tickets per barcode. Please note, members will be charged a transaction fee when purchasing guest tickets.
  9. Select next and go to checkout.

Book for MCG Home Games

Round 11 v Brisbane (Marvel Stadium)

  1. Head to Ticketmaster and login using your Ticketmaster account
  2. Select Are you a member?
  3. Select Click here to purchase Member Tickets
  4. Enter your 12-digit barcode number and the barcode numbers for any other Dunstall Club members that you are booking for.
  5. Select the drop down menu next to Upgrade: Dunstall Club and change the quantity to 1. If you are redeeming multiple barcodes, you will be required to make this selection under each barcode number.
  6. If you would like to purchase additional guest tickets, please add these to your cart. Members can purchase up to 4 additional guest tickets per barcode. Please note, members will be charged a transaction fee when purchasing guest tickets.
  7. Select 'Find Tickets'
  8. Select 'Get Tickets'

*The Dunstall Club bays may change for certain games. Dunstall Club members will be updated the week of each home game if a level is not available for booking.

**Please note, there is a limit of 4 guest tickets per member barcode.

If you would prefer to not book your seat before the match, you can enter the ground using either your physical membership card or digital membership card and sit in the allocated General Admission bays*

Digital Membership Card

Once you have downloaded and signed in to the Hawks App, please follow the below instructions to access your Digital Membership Card via the Hawthorn app:

  1. Open the Hawks App
  2. Select Members
  3. Select Access my Member Card
  4. First time users will need to login using their MyHawks email and password.
  5. Select the upcoming game

Please note, your barcode will only become available 72 hours prior to each match.

If you have any trouble accessing your digital membership card via the Hawthorn app, you will be able to access your card through a browser on your phone. Please try the below instructions instead:

  1. Open a browser on your phone
  2. Visit membership.hawthornfc.com.au
  3. Sign in with your MyHawks email address and password
  4. Select My Events
  5. Select the upcoming match.

Please note, your barcode will only become available 72 hours prior to each match.
