Ticket Forwarding

If you are unable to attend a game, you can forward your ticket onto someone else via the Hawks App or on a web browser via your MyHawks account.

Hawks App

1. Login to the Hawks App
2. Select 'Members'
3. Select 'Access my Digital Tickets'
4. Select the game you wish to forward a ticket for
5. Select Transfer
6. Select the tickets you want to transfer and click Continue
7. Choose whether you want to transfer your ticket via Email or Text Message
8. Add a new recipient (or if you've transferred to your friend before, select an existing contact).
9. Select Transfer

Web Browser:

1. Visit the MyHawks login page
2. Enter your email address and click continue
   
3. Enter your password and click Sign In
4. Select 'My Events' from the navigation bar at the top of your screen on a tablet or select the three bars in the top left of your screen then 'My Events' if you are using a mobile device
5. Select 'View Event Details' on the game you are wishing to forward a ticket for
6. Select Transfer and Verify your account
7. Enter details of person you wish to transfer your tickets to
8. Add recipient (or if you've transferred to your friend before, select an existing contact).
9. Select tickets you wish to transfer
10. Select Next
11. Transfer Tickets

Please note, due to enhanced technology, tickets cannot be screenshot as the barcodes will not work.
