Accessing Digital Tickets via MyHawks account

If you have an Android or Apple device with iOS 17+ then you can access your digital memebrship card via the Hawks app. Visit here for further information.

If your device is not compatitible with the updated Hawks app, follow the instructions below to access your tickets via your preferred web browser.

  1. Visit the MyHawks login page
  2. Enter your email address and click continue
  3. Enter your password and click Sign In
  4. Select 'My Events' from the navigation bar at the top of your screen on a tablet or select the three bars in the top left of your screen then 'My Events' if you are using a mobile device
  5. Select 'View Event Details' on the game you are wishing to attend
  6. Select your ticket under 'My Tickets'
  7. You will now be able to see your barcode to scan at the match which can be added to your digital wallet on your device.

Your MyHawks login details for the Hawks App is the email address listed on your membership account and a unique password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the below steps to reset your password:

  1. Visit the MyHawks login page
  2. Enter your email address and click continue
  3. Click forgot password
  4. Click 'Yes, Reset Password'
  5. An email will be sent to you, click the 'Reset Your Password' link
  6. Create your new password (this must be between 6-64 characters long, with at least one number and NO symbols)
  7. Sign into your MyHawks account

If you have not received a password reset email this may mean we have the wrong email address linked to your account. Please contact the membership team on (03) 9535 3045 to update your details.

Your Ticketmaster and Hawthorn Membership logins have been combined to ensure easy and secure access to your tickets. The system will recognise your email and may prompt you to reset your password.

Once you have done so you will be able to use the same username and password for the My Hawks and Ticketmaster.com.au

The unified credential system allows for a single sign-in across Ticketmaster and Hawthorn Membership accounts. This means your account is more secure and you do not have to remember multiple usernames/passwords, allowing you to access your tickets faster.

  1. Visit the MyHawks login page
  2. Enter your email address and click next
  3. Click forgot password
  4. Click 'Yes, Reset Password'
  5. An email will be sent to you, click the 'Reset Your Password' link
  6. Create your new password (this must be between 6-64 characters long, with at least one number and NO symbols)
  7. Sign into your MyHawks account

  1. Select Transfer
  2. Select the tickets you want to transfer and click Continue
  3. Choose whether you want to transfer your ticket via Email or Text Message
  4. Add a new recipient (or if you've transferred to your friend before, select an existing contact).
  5. Select Transfer

Please note, due to enhanced technology, tickets cannot be screenshot as the barcodes will not work.

The club app supports iOS 17+, representing Apple’s three most recent major iOS versions. This deicsion was made to align strictly with Apple’s recommended support model, which focuses on the current iOS release and a limited number of prior versions. This ensures the platforms remaind secure, performance, compliant with Apple's App Store policy.
