Purchase of Membership 2024

If you are successful in your application for membership, Hawthorn FC will send you a confirmation/acceptance email.

Hawthorn Football Club will not:

1. Process any form that is incomplete; or
2. accept any changes to an application form or membership (except for change of mailing address, change of circumstances, or any other information that could affect your membership - concession card status, etc.).

Hawthorn FC reserves the right to not accept any application form in its absolute discretion. Hawthorn FC also reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership without refund to any member that breaches these terms and conditions, the Member Code of Conduct, or if in the opinion of the club, the member is guilty of conduct unbecoming of a member or prejudicial to the interests of the club.

By purchasing/renewing your membership, you confirm that you have read and consent to the terms of Hawthorn’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
