Reserved Seat, General Admission and Dunstall Club members in Melbourne must redeem tickets for games they are eligible for during their allocated member redemption time.
To redeem a ticket, you will need:
Reserved Seat members in Tasmania only will be able to return to their allocated reserved seats for home games from Round 9. General admission members must continue to redeem their ticket to attend games in Tasmania.
Members can view their membership barcode numbers by logging into their MyHawks account here.
Your 12-digit membership barcode can also be found on your membership card. If you have selected the mobile ticketing option for 2021, or have not yet received your membership card, your barcode will be emailed to you prior to when tickets become available.
You can also contact the membership team on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) from 9am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday to get your barcode number.
Reserved seat members will be required to follow the below steps to access their digital membership card prior to each match they wish to attend:
From Round 9 in Tasmania, Reserved Seat holders will be able to return to their reserved seats, and are therefore no longer required to follow the ticket redemption process for home games at UTAS Stadium. However, Reserved seat members in Melbourne must continue to following the redemption process.
All Dunstall Club and General Admission members must also follow the weekly redemption process. Each group is listed below, and tickets will be available for these members at different times.
Group 1 – Reserved Seat Members
Group 2 – Dunstall Club Members
Group 3 – General Admission Members

Dunstall Club members who redeem a ticket during the members pre-sale will not be required to pay any additional ticket fees or transaction fees.
General admission will have access to redeeming a complimentary seat on Level 4. However, general admission members wishing to sit on Level 1, 2 or 2a (subject to availability) will be required to pay the member upgrade price for that seat.
Once you have redeemed your ticket through the relevant ticketing agent, your ticket will be sent to you via SMS or email.
We recommend you download the Ticketmaster or Ticketek app to access the tickets and add them to your mobile wallet for easy access on game-day.
Members will not be able to use their membership card to access the ground on game-day.
Due to reduced crowd capacity and COVID-safe practices that venues must implement, tickets for Dunstall Club and General Admission members must be redeemed through the ticketing agent prior to the game and only mobile ticketing will be available.
Reserved Seat members must use their digital membership card to access matches that they are able to use their reserved seat for.
Members will be able to redeem 10 tickets in one transaction at this stage. This is subject to change, so please keep a look out for our regular ticketing updates for any changes.
Members are advised to purchase their membership online or over the phone with the ticketing agency prior to the game. Memberships purchased on a match-day will not provide access to the match being played on that day.
Unfortunately General Admission and Reserved Seat members will no longer be able to get seats together for home-games from Round 9 in Tasmania as Reserved Seat members will be able to sit in their allocated seats.
Reserved seat members will be able to redeem their seats with general admission members for Melbourne games, but will only be able to do it once the Group 3 timeslot has opened.
For replacement games, members without replacement games seating will be able to get seats together by entering their barcodes at the same time when redeeming a ticket.
Members will not be able to redeem tickets for multiple games at once. Members should keep a look out for emails with ticketing updates from the club for games they are eligible for.
In line with the State Government announcements, reserved seat members will be able to return to their reserved seats for home games at the MCG and UTAS Stadium from Round 9 in Tasmania and Round 14 in Melbourne. Further information has been sent to members via email.
Members can certainly sit with other members that they usually attend with. To do this, you must redeem the tickets together using each individual membership barcode.

Note: Reserved Seat members with wheelchair and accessible seating through the club will now be able to sit in their allocated seat for home games at UTAS Stadium from Round 9 v North Melbourne and at the MCG from Round 14 v Essendon.
Members will have priority access to tickets before they go on-sale to the public. Your best chance at accessing a ticket to a match in 2021 is by becoming a member.
Tickets for the general public will only become available should the two competing club have tickets left over after their member redemption period.
Dunstall Club and Dunstall Club Gold members will have access to seats on Level 1, 2 and 4 in our allocated member area. You can find further information about your seat allocation here.
Unfortunately, while the stadium is operating at a reduced capacity, standing room access will not be available to members. Reserved Seat members in Melbourne and all General Admission and Dunstall Club members will be required to redeem a reserved seat during the member redemption period. For the purposes of contact tracing, members will be required to sit in their allocated reserved seat.
Dunstall Club guest ticket availability will be announced on a week-by-week basis. Please keep a look out for our weekly ticketing emails for this information.
As a general admission members you will have access to seats on Level 4. However, if you wish to sit on Level 1, 2 or 2a you may upgrade your ticket and pay the member upgrade price to sit in another area (subject to availability).
