2021 Member Ticketing

If there is a reduced crowd capacity at games, members will be required to redeem a ticket prior to attending. Members will receive priority access for tickets to games. Importantly, members will not be charged any fees to redeem a ticket to Hawthorn matches unless the member wishes to upgrade their seat.

Members can redeem tickets for games they are eligible for during their allocated member redemption time.

To redeem a ticket, you will need:

  • Ticketek/Ticketmaster link which will be emailed to eligible members once confirmed
  • 12-digit membership barcode number
  • Ticketek/Ticketmaster login details
  • To be ready to redeem during your allocated member redemption time-frame

Members can view their membership barcode numbers by logging into their MyHawks account here.

Your 12-digit membership barcode can also be found on your membership card. If you have selected the mobile ticketing option for 2021, or have not yet received your membership card, your barcode will be emailed to you prior to when tickets become available.

You can also contact the membership team on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) from 9 – 4:30pm Monday to Friday to get your barcode number.

Members will be able to redeem tickets in their allocated member redemption period. Each group is listed below, and tickets will be available for these members at different times.

Group 1 – Reserved Seat Holders

Group 2 – Dunstall Club Members

Group 3 – General Admission Members

Reserved Seat Members and Dunstall Club members who redeem a ticket during the members pre-sale will not be required to pay any additional ticket fees or transaction fees.

General admission will have access to redeeming a complimentary seat on Level 4. However, general admission members wishing to sit on Level 1, 2 or 2a (subject to availability) will be required to pay the member upgrade price for that seat.

Once you have redeemed your ticket through the relevant ticketing agent, your ticket will be sent to you via SMS or email.

We recommend you download the Ticketmaster or Ticketek app to access the tickets and add them to your mobile wallet for easy access on game-day.

Members will not be able to use their membership card to access the ground on game-day.

Due to reduced crowd capacity and COVID-safe practices that venues must implement, tickets must be redeemed through the ticketing agent prior to the game and only mobile ticketing will be available.

Tickets for Round 1 v Essendon will become available to eligible Hawthorn members on Wednesday 17 March at 10am*.

All other rounds will be confirmed closer to the match. Ticketing emails will be sent weekly to eligible members to confirm these details.

Members will be able to redeem 6 tickets in one transaction at this stage. This is subject to change, so please keep a look out for our regular ticketing updates for any changes.

Members are advised to purchase their membership online or over the phone prior to the game. Memberships purchased on a match-day will not provide access to the match being played on that day.

To redeem tickets with someone of a different member redemption time, members are required to wait until the latest redemption time, and can then use both barcodes to redeem tickets together.

If tickets are still available in the Kennedy Club area, general admission members can pay the seat upgrade fee to sit with their friend in this area. Alternatively, members can sit together in the general admission area on Level 4.

Members will not be able to redeem tickets for multiple games at once. Tickets for 2021 will be available on a week-by-week basis. Members should keep a look out for weekly emails with ticketing updates from the club for games they are eligible for.

Due to current stadium COVID protocols, it is unlikely that reserved seat holders will be seated in their regular seat. You will be allocated a seat by the ticketing agency. View your seating allocations here.

Members can certainly sit with other members that they usually attend with. To do this, you must redeem the tickets together using each individual membership barcode.

At the moment, members will be able to redeem 6 tickets in one transaction at this stage. This is subject to change, so please keep a look out for our regular ticketing updates for any changes.

The Ticketek Accessible Bookings team are available Monday – Saturday (not available Sunday), 9am – 5pm and forms should be completed as early as possible and at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Marvel Stadium

Members who require wheelchair and accessible seating can contact the Ticketmaster Marvel Stadium hotline on 1300 883 622 or complete the online form here

The Ticketmaster Accessible Bookings team are available 9am – 5pm AEST 7 days a week and forms should be completed as early as possible and at least 24 hours prior to the event.

To increase the chance of securing tickets, we encourage members to be ready at the beginning of their allocated member redemption period with your:

  • 12-digit membership barcode and barcode numbers of all members you are redeeming a ticket for (maximum of 6).
  • Ticketmaster/Ticketek login details

Members will have priority access to tickets before they go on-sale to the public. Your best chance at accessing a ticket to a match in 2021 is by becoming a member.

Tickets for the general public will only become available should the two competing club have tickets left over after their member redemption period.

Due to the stadium operating at a reduced capacity and social distancing requirements, members will be unable to sit in their allocated reserved seat. All members including reserved seat holders will be required to redeem a ticket via the ticket agent during their allocated timeslot.

Reserved Seat members will have access to seats on the same level as their regular seat, however it will be unlikely that you will be allocated your seasonal reserved seat.

Lethal Club, Legends Club and Kennedy Club members will have access to seating on Level 1, 2, 2A and 4 in our allocated member area. You can find further information about your seat allocation here.

Gold and Silver Reserved Seat Members will have access to seats on Level 1 and Level 4 in our allocated member area. You can find further information about your seat allocation here.

Dunstall Club and Dunstall Club Gold members will have access to seats on Level 1, 2 and 4 in our allocated member area. You can find further information about your seat allocation here.

Unfortunately, while the stadium is operating at a reduced capacity, standing room access will not be available to members. Members will be required to redeem a reserved seat during the member redemption period. For the purposes of contact tracing members will be required to sit in their allocated reserved seat.

Due to reduced crowd capacity, guest tickets for Dunstall Club members are not currently available. Please keep a look out for our weekly ticketing emails for any changes to this.

As a general admission members you will have access to seats on Level 4. However, if you wish to sit on Level 1, 2 or 2a you may upgrade your ticket and pay the member upgrade price to sit in another area (subject to availability).
