Over the phone or online membership can be paid via VISA or MasterCard. At Waverley Park and on match days, we accept these plus cash, cheque or EFTPOS. Membership application forms can be posted to members upon request or can be downloaded via the website and these can be returned to us with credit card details filled out or a cheque attached. Any members not on the HawksDirect payment plan will receive a renewal email or letter with instructions on how to renew your 2021 membership. We do not recommend sending cash through the mail for payment of your membership.
HawksDirect is the club’s membership payment plan option allowing you to pay for your membership in one lump sum instalment or in monthly instalments over 10 months (November - August). HawksDirect means you never need to remember to renew your membership again and your membership will automatically roll over for you each year. If you are a reserved seat holder, you never need to worry about having to renew your membership by a cut-off date and if you hold a guaranteed Grand Final ticket membership, HawksDirect means you won’t ever lose this privilege.
Members on the payment plan will be sent a friendly reminder a few weeks prior to inform them that funds will be debited on the rollover date (2nd November 2020).
HawksDirect memberships automatically roll over on November 1 each year – unless this date falls on a weekend. The membership payments will then be processed on the next business day. Members who elect to have their instalments processed monthly will have the fee deducted on the 1st business day of each month until August. The 2021 HawksDirect payment plan will begin on 2 November 2020.
Please review each membership card that you have received. Were you previously a Family membership and one child is now too old to be on the family? Please contact us on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) with any concerns you may have regarding these payments.
Members can log in to their MyHawks account on the membership website and select Update My Details. This will enable you to make the required changes. If you pay for more than one membership, you will need to log in to each member’s MyHawks account to update the details. Alternatively, please contact us and one of our membership team members will be able to update the card details over the phone.
Please contact us as soon as you can to advise and to set up a new payment date for that month.
Members are sent a HawksDirect opt-out form via email or a letter each October giving them the opportunity to cancel their existing HawksDirect arrangement. If you wish to opt out of the payment plan, please call the membership team on 1300 042 957 during business hours.
If you wish to opt-out of HawksDirect mid-season and are paying in monthly instalments, you can do this by paying the membership outright and requesting to be opted out by calling the membership department.
All opt outs must be done over the phone with a membership team member.
The club will notify you if your monthly payment is not successful. If your payment does reach 3 payments behind, your barcode will be invalid for any game access until the membership is paid. In the month of August, payments must be up to date to use your membership card. Any blocked barcodes will not be valid finals ticketing.
Members can opt out of the payment plan at any time by calling the membership department on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957). If you are on a monthly payment plan, you will be required to pay any outstanding amount owing for your membership.
To discuss cancelling your membership, please call the membership team on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) during business hours. Depending on your 2021 fulfilment, relevant administration fees will be incurred. Please note that membership cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
