Through the power of surveys, we've discovered what you love about your membership and what could be improved. As a result, your membership has been reimagined, giving you more flexibility and control. We're making more sustainable choices, so our eligible members in 2021 will have the choice between a member scarf or a HawksNest voucher. Please note that junior members will have the choice between a member scarf and junior pack or HawksNest voucher.

All eligible HawkDirect members will have until 29 January 2021 to make their Member Choice selection. If no selection is made by this date, the default option will be the voucher. If a voucher is selected, these will start being issued from 9 November 2020. If a member scarf/junior pack is selected, these will start being sent from February 2021. Members not on the HawksDirect payment plan can make their selection at the point of renewal.
All eligible members will still receive a physical membership card as the default option. However, your membership card is also available on mobile.
In 2021, you can opt to receive a digital membership card instead. Fast and secure contactless entry to matches, plus the convenience of having your card always on you.
You will still receive a physical membership card unless you opt out of this. Please contact membership on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) during business hours for more details.

The default option is to receive a physical membership card. Therefore, you will still receive a physical membership card if you do not select to go cardless in 2021. All physical membership cards will be sent from February 2021.
Unfortunately not, all member scarves will only be sent out from February 2021. If this is for a gift, please contact the membership team on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) and we can organize a gift certificate for you to use in the meantime.
If you would not like a card or fulfilment, you will have to opt out of receiving a membership card and select to donate your fulfilment back to the club. Please contact the membership team on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) if you need further assistance with this.
Our stock will only be available from February 2021.
Please note that our membership scarves are subject to availability and will be dependent on the stock levels for membership patches and scarves. Members will be communicated with if we are unable to fulfil their scarf request.
